REFIT AND PAINTING
We can find an adequate shipyard for your vessel, assemble a safe and solid construction for the balloon, dismantle and finally install all equipment on board (satellite dishes, stainless steel fences…). We can sandblast and clean any diseased parts of the vessel, replace teak and all wooden details on vessel, as well as paint the entire vessel. In short, we can restore your vessel to factory conditions in superyacht standards.
PLASTIC WORKS
Nautimar offers you repair work, repairs and special constructions made of glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP).
Fiber-reinforced plastic, or GRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic), or fiberglass, is a fiber-plastic composite made of plastic and glass fibers. Duroplastic plastics, such as polyester resin (UP) or epoxy resin, as well as thermoplastics (polyamide, for example), can be considered as the basis of the composite. In the non-specialist world, the material is often referred to as fiber-reinforced plastic or carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP).
However, without the plastic matrix that gives the form and surface, the components couldn't be produced at all.

ANTIOSMOSIS TREATMENT
If, when you run your hand fondly across your boat’s underwater hull you find some blisters, that is probably sign of osmosis. Small amounts of water have break through the glossy gel coat and have sunk into voids in the substrate beneath. This water has gradually reacted with leftover chemicals in the curing process, and begun to create by-products.
These have swelled to force up the blisters that are the sign of advanced osmosis.

If your teak deck has loose planks, missing plugs, or is cracked and worn with missing caulk, our skilled craftsmen can help rejuvenate your old deck, replace the caulk, fit any missing or loose plugs and provide you with a perfectly sealed finish that you will be proud of. Once the seams start leaking it is important that remedial work is carried out as soon as possible to avoid having to replace the entire deck.
